Can I join immediately?

Yes! Head to our booking page and choose your next available time slot. Session places are limited, if the class is full you can join a waiting list and be automatically notified when spots become available.

Can I attend casually?

Yes! RUNCorps® sessions are pay as you go with no commitment. However, if you are training with us for a specific event, we encourage you to purchase one of our Prepaid Training Packages.

I’ve never exercised before, should I join?

Always seek the advice of your GP or Allied Health Professional (AHP) before embarking on any exercise program.
RUNCorps® is suited to runners of all abilities, from beginner to elite. We won’t lie, our training is challenging but with a little grit and commitment it works – fast!
No matter what level you’re starting at, we tailor our sessions to suit individual capabilities and we make it a policy that we always start as a team and finish as a team so no one gets left behind.

What should I wear to a RUNCorps® Running Training session?

Comfortable running attire such as running tee, tank top or singlet, running shorts, workout shorts, leggings or light tracksuit pants and running shoes.
We recommend dressing to the conditions and wearing layers that you can remove.
We have V&B Athletic technical training shirts and tanks by Cuore of Switzerland available for purchase. Please ask your coach.

What should I bring to a RUNCorps® Running Training session?

A positive can-do attitude with a readiness to work hard and push past your objectives to achieve your goals.
A water bottle with water in it.
A spare t-shirt or something dry to put on after your session.
During the colder months, something warm and dry to wear before and after the session.
A towel. Leave this in your car so that you have it for every session. In the event you get wet (see What happens if it’s raining?) you’ll need this to dry off.

What happens if it’s raining?

RUNCorps® sessions are held rain, hail, wind or shine!

What happens if the Air Quality Index rating is poor?

Prior to every session we consult the local Air Quality Index for advice and guidance on understanding the current level of air quality. Sessions are modified or relocated if required. In the case of extreme Air Quality Index ratings your session will be canceled and an alternative session time provided to you. In the event that a session is modified, relocated or cancelled under Air Quality Index advice, all participants are notified by text message.
