What have you achieved?
My mental health state has completely been flipped.
I’ve lost 20kgs. Something that when I began, I felt very daunted by the idea, and I didn’t know I could do it. I like that this has been a by-product to wanting to look after my mental health.
My body is strong.
I can run! I hadn’t previously had much interest in this, but as my confidence grew in training, I felt like I could give it a go.
