What have you achieved?
I set my mind to doing a 50k race and knew right then that the only person I’d want training me was Jase. I have recently run my longest ever distance of 32kms and my recovery time has also improved so much, my energy levels are up and I can definitely say I have more muscle definition!
But I have also achieved more than just physical and running goals.
Going through the training daily and succeeding in kicking goals has done wonders for my mental health: I am more confident in myself now than I’ve ever been.
