What sets ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP apart from other programs?

The word 'bootcamp' for most conjures an image of yelling instructors, demanding hundreds of push-ups and sit-ups, with workouts that lack individual programming and attention to form.


We're an outdoor, group personal training program that utilises discipline and teamwork as its primary sources of motivation. Designed to achieve serious results, seriously fast, no matter what your current fitness level, in a positive and social environment.


Combining the principles of periodised training programs with proven science we help our clients achieve fitness results they once thought impossible. Sessions generally comprise of strength, conditioning and aerobic based training.

We call it training bodies to handle real-life situations.


We offer plenty of variety when it comes to training tools including AlphaStrong sandballs and sandbags, battling ropes and straight body-weight calisthenics.

The results achieved with our program are unlike any fitness program on the market and we guarantee you'll start seeing results in just 4 weeks.


The key is innovative, varied and enjoyable sessions. We guarantee no two sessions are ever the same.

Combined with a team of like-minded people of all different ages, body types, capabilities, strengths and motivations, you're guaranteed to enjoy getting in the best shape of your life!

Team Mates

Ranging in age from early 20s right through to mid 60s, you'll get to train alongside people of all fitness levels. From those that haven't exercised in years, right through to seasoned athletes who are looking to supplement their training.


Our Instructor team are a key element to the success of the ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP program. They will motivate you and keep you accountable to ensure you achieve things you never thought possible because they've trained that way and continue to do so every day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions must I attend per week?

ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP programming focuses on being progressive and adaptive over the duration of each four-week course.  So in order for us to guarantee our recruits the best possible results, we require you to attend three days per week.
