Strength and conditioning are an essential part of becoming a stronger, more efficient and less injury-prone runner. STRONG by V&B Athletic® gets results because it combines strength and conditioning together with aerobic-based training in every workout.


We utilise discipline and teamwork as primary sources of motivation together with functional movement and a strong emphasis on safe technique not only to transform your body but to improve your mind!


If you want well organised, varied and engaging workouts designed to raise your heart rate while firing up your metabolism, then we want you! All sessions are outdoors and are ideal for endurance athletes, runners of all varieties or those just looking to become healthier and happier human beings.

Our courses run all year round in 4-week blocks with morning and evening sessions available just 10 minutes from Sydney's CBD.
We train rain, hail or shine and To ensure you achieve the best results
we ask that you commit to 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings

5:35am to 6:45am
