Running training is strenuous and tough on your body. You should make sure that you are physically healthy, getting enough sleep, and eating a nutritious diet before you begin. If you are currently fighting injury, this is probably not the time to begin your running training journey.
You can upgrade or cancel your subscription through the ‘Athlete Portal’ section of our website.
If you are upgrading your subscription, please be mindful to do this just before your current subscription runs out so you are not charged twice.
If you cancel a subscription, your subscription will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel in week 2 of a 4 week subscription and you’re paying weekly, then your subscription will terminate at the end of week 2. Please look out for an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled. If you do not receive this, please contact us to check you have cancelled correctly.
