What have you achieved?
My first ultra-marathon, The Australian Alpine Ascent 50km in the Snowy Mountains of NSW!
It’s been wonderful to have a tailored running program that was designed to fit around my schedule. I really enjoyed the different types of running sessions in my program and have learned how much diversity there can be with a running session. From intervals to tempo runs, hill sessions and slow sessions! The diversity of the program certainly made it interesting and fun and something I hadn’t done before. I really enjoyed the structure of the program and I made sure I stuck to the program. This was helped by my regular phone catch-ups with Jase to discuss how I was getting on and whether we needed to adjust any sessions.
The program certainly made me disciplined!
