What are some of the changes you’ve noticed?
Honestly, the biggest change is my attitude to running and how I approach it.
I’m still the novice but I’ve become more disciplined, more organised and certainly more confident in my abilities to tackle the harder stuff. I’ve discovered that extra 20% or 30% I didn’t think I had and I really feel I can tick off some running goals. Physically I’m stronger, lighter and have way more energy than 4 months ago and at age 60 I’ve run a half marathon quicker than 10 years ago.
