COVID-19 Policy
Continuing developments with COVID-19 require that our policies are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure we’re looking after our athlete’s health and safety and that of our local communities.
We know how important exercise is to our health and wellbeing.
We want to make sure we’re doing everything possible to ensure we can continue helping you reach the peak of your mental and physical fitness – but we need your cooperation to do so.
As a reminder of your obligations to us and your fellow athletes
Please stay at home if you are unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
Please do not return to training until you are found to be negative and complied with any mandatory self-isolation periods.
Get tested as soon as possible if you feel unwell.

Do not attend training if you have travelled to any suspected “hot spots” or have had direct contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.

Before attending any of our sessions you must be registered through Bookeo.
We maintain accurate records of all attendees for contact tracing purposes. For Rozelle Run Club and other community events where a prior booking is not possible, attendance will be recorded using a Guest Track QR Code.
You must wash your hands before and after training.
Hand sanitiser is available for use before and after every session. You are welcome to bring your own soap if you do not wish to use hand sanitiser.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes and not later than 10 minutes before your class or session.
Please maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres between yourself and other participants at all times.
This includes congregating prior to classes starting, during exercise and rest breaks, and after training has completed.
Cover your mouth or nose with a flexed elbow or use a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
If you do use a tissue, throw the used tissue away immediately and wash hands or use the hand sanitiser provided before continuing. V&B Athletic neck tubes are available for purchase prior to every session and can be worn during your workout.
Avoid touching outdoor surfaces with your hands such as playground equipment or park fitness equipment.
Do not share drink bottles, towels or any other personal items.
We will ensure that our sessions and practices maximise hygiene and safety to allow you to meet your obligations above
We will do this by:
- Designing workouts where you can maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres between yourself and other participants.
- Appropriately treating any equipment used during a session with anti-viral sanitiser as soon as that session has completed.
- Providing you with anti-viral wipes to wipe down your own equipment after use, where applicable.
- Providing you with hand sanitiser for use before and after training.
