As the Managing Director of the Verde Nutrition Co, Chloe is an Adelaide based Advanced Sports Dietitian, Accredited Practicing Dietitian and an expert in gut health, food intolerances and sports nutrition.
As the creator of The FODMAP Challenge and the lead author of the book ‘Anti-Inflammatory Eating’, Chloe works closely with individuals and companies, developing recipes and writing about nutrition to help the wider population optimise their health. Specialising in the areas of food intolerance, sports nutrition, nutrition for arthritis and autoimmune conditions Chloe is consultant Sports Dietitian to the NRL, for women’s cycling team Roxsolt Attaquer, and triathlon team MaccaX, having previously worked with the Rabbitoh’s NRL U20s squad.
She currently sits on the board for Sports Dietitian’s Australia.
