Ultrarunning is a strength-based sport. Yes, it’s about endurance, but it’s common to forget what a critical part strength plays. Strength and Conditioning form the foundation of all our tailored programs to ensure you train with an increase in running economy, helping you to achieve significant performance gains in shorter periods and avoid plateaus in training progression.
Your weekly detailed training program is delivered and managed via our Sportlyzer App.
Weekly online catch-ups with your Coach that includes analysis and feedback of your training plus access to your coach via text, email and phone.
Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans. We get it! Adjustments and updates can be made to your program wherever and whenever needed.

Established in 2016 by two best mates with an obsession for ultra-running and endurance events, who turned their passion for fitness and healthy living into a purpose.
V&B Athletic operate outdoor group fitness classes and running training groups in multiple locations throughout the inner west of Sydney including Annandale, Balmain, Leichhardt, Lilyfield, and Rozelle.
V&B Athletic acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which we run, rest and play. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters. We thank them for protecting this coastline and its ecosystems since time immemorial and acknowledge that they never ceded sovereignty. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations people.
